5. Legal Services Offered

The Firm offers both limited scope (“unbundled”) legal services and full representation, subject to availability and case type.

Limited Scope Representation: Includes legal coaching, drafting, and advisory services for specific issues or stages of a matter. These services are governed by Louisiana Rule of Professional Conduct 1.2(c) and outlined clearly in engagement documents.

Full Scope Representation: Involves complete legal handling of a matter, including court appearances, ongoing strategy, and comprehensive representation from start to finish. Full-scope engagements are only accepted after mutual agreement and capacity review.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Fees are clearly stated in engagement agreements. All legal fees are earned upon receipt unless otherwise indicated. Flat fees are non-refundable unless specified. Refunds are discretionary and based on the nature of services rendered. See our Refund Policy for more information.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Cailyn M. Cook, Attorney at Law and is protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose content without express written consent.
